1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, damaged, or tampered with.

  • Certain items such as personal care products, diagnostic kits, or perishable goods may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@sanjivaneehealthcare.com with your order details and reason for return.

  • Our team will review your request and arrange a return pickup or guide you through the return process.

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the product was received in a damaged or defective condition.

  • In case of prepaid orders, the refund will be credited back to your bank account/credit card/wallet. For COD orders, refund will be made via bank transfer.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Products can only be exchanged if they are defective or damaged during delivery.

  • Replacement will be of the same item, subject to stock availability.

5. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery along with proof (images/videos).
